Really Joseph, the best scorer you've ever seen? I guess you're in denial of Jordan. Melo could score just as much, and shoot a much better %. What about Durant? Iverson was more like Kobe, though not as good. They were both volume shooters, but Iverson did NOT shoot a good %, which should not be overlooked or just dismissed. When he put up 31 ppg he was taking 25-28 shots and 10 ft's. Not too impressive to just score 31 on that many shots. But, since it's the Naismith HOF and not just the NBA HOF, I'd put him in based on his whole body of work.

The best scorer in the post Jordan era. Making the all star team every year in a decade and getting an MVP and a finals appearance, his career PPG, he is a first ballot hall of famer no doubt. Pound for pound the best pure scorer ever and probably the fastest too.
