Traded from the Ottawa Senators after his rookie season, Jakob Silfverberg played the ten years after with Anaheim, where the Left Wing proved valuable on the defensive side of the ice.

Silfverberg has a reputation as a streaky scorer, but he does put the puck in the net. The Swedish player had four 20 Goal seasons and in three different years, he received at least one vote for the Frank J. Selke Trophy.  The defenisvie-minded forward called it an NHL career after the 2023-24 Season and chose to return to his native Sweden.  He accumulated 354 Points over 772 Games as a member of the Ducks.
