The Sales Manager for W.K.R.P. in Cincinnati has never been known for dressing well. In fact, Herb Tarlek is considered the poster child for tacky clothes. A self-professed ladies’ man Tarlek was married with two kids, but he consistently went after the station's beautiful receptionist, Jennifer Marlowe. Tarlek could be shady, sleazy, and unethical, but underneath all that flammable polyester, he was a good man and a deep character, which was the focal point of many W.K.R.P. episodes.
