If you were a fan of Soft Rock in the 1970’s, there were few who could match the smooth rhythms of the Blue Jean Committee (Clark Honus & Gene Allen). Originally a Blues Rock band from Chicago, the former schoolmates from meat packing school (we love this backstory) the duo were inspired by the soft sounds from the West Coast and embraced Soft Rock, or rather “Yacht Rock”.

This was a one off digital short from Saturday Night Live, which would become an IFC mockumentary starring Bill Hader and Fred Armisen.
