In 1976, Charlton Heston starred as Captain Peter Colby, where he leads the investigation to stop a sniper threatening the Super Bowl. This is not exactly a sports film, and really a Charlton Heston action vehicle, but we have far bigger stretches than this on the ballot. Besides, this is Moses!
