Bobby Jones was one of the best defenders and most athletic players in NBA History. He shot 56% from the field for his career. He shot over 90% from the line in the playoffs, He averaged 1.5 blocks and 2.1 steals per game along with 12 Pts 6 Boards per game. True team player. One of the most under rated super stars in the history of the NBA.

One of the greatest defensive players ever at the forward position. Very sound fundamentall y. A good shooter from 15 feet, 56% FG%, could dunk with the best, good passer. One of the best 6th man. Definitely belongs in the HOF.

Since the best offensive players in the history of the game make the HOF, shouldn't the best defensive players ever make it as well? Isn't it a equal, 2-sided game?

Put Bobby Jones in the Hall. It can use an ambassador for positive virtues.

Without Bobby Jones the Hall of Fame is more like the Hall of Hype, take Gary Payton out and give his spot to a real defender!
