As we grow, Notinhalloffame continues to look at new ways in which we can spread our message. As such, we have launched our official YouTube channel. Our first three videos feature a countdown show; but not just any countdown!

We look specifically at the WWE List and the top 100 who are not in the WWE Hall of Fame. It is one thing if we here at Notinhalloffame do a video breaking down the list; it is quite another if someone ON the list does it for us!

Our good friend, Chavo “Classic” Guerrero Sr. is a legend in wrestling. His list of championships is endless and it is virtually impossible for anyone to matter in wrestling without having wrestled a member of the Guerrero family. Chavo walks through the entire list and shares his memories of interacting with these greats, be it in the ring or backstage. Chavo is very blunt with his opinions and we appreciate the candid nature in which he took this project. We say with all sincerity that there was nobody better to kick off our YouTube Channel than with Chavo Guerrero Sr.

Check them out, and see if you agree with “Classic”

The Football Hall of Fame has announced their two Senior Nominees, and again controversy reigns in Canton. The first nominee is Curley Culp, who was a Defensive Tackle who captured six Pro Bowls for the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Oilers. The undersized Culp, was the Defensive Player of the Year in 1975 and was First Team All Pro that year. He is joined by Dave Robinson, who was a three time Pro Bowl Linebacker for the Green Bay Packers on their first two Super Bowl Teams.

With all due respect to the aforementioned, this again leaves our number one (on our NIHOF Football list), Jerry Kramer again snubbed. Our regular visitors know that we have had the opportunity to speak with Kramer who may have been the classiest person we ever spoke too. As Robinson was a teammate of Kramer, we find his nomination a little curious, but we are hopeful that one day Canton will do the right thing for Jerry Kramer. Unfortunately, it wasn’t today.

Our growth continues as we here at notinhalloffame.com are proud to unveil the list of candidates for the 2022 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  As always it is an ecclectic list with multiple acts covering multiple genres.  They are as follows:

Followers of this site are clearly aware of two things:

One: We love multiple genres of Music.

Two: We currently only rank those who are not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

We will never change the first, but the second is something that we are slowly looking to rectify. We have done preliminary work on the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Hip Hop Hall of Fame and are looking at ways to rank Sidemen for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Today we are looking at the Gospel Music Hall of Fame which has announced its latest class. We are not likely to ever rank those not in, but we have a major respect for this genre of music. Many Rock historians and (for that matter musicians in the 50’s themselves) have cited Gospel music as one of the origins of Rock and Roll, and it has been a musical style that many mainstream acts have embraced at various times in their careers.

The Gospel Hall of Fame was established in 1971and houses many inductees that even the most casual music fan are aware of such as Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Al Green and Pat Boone. This year another major star of modern American music entered the Hall as Aretha Franklin who was largely selected on the strength of her 1972 album; Amazing Grace. The Queen of Soul is joined by Ricky Skaggs, Dallas Holm, Love Song and the Hoppers which overall could be the most diverse class of inductees that the Gospel Hall ever had.

We congratulate all for their latest accomplishment.
