The son of the legendary El Santo, had quite the career himself as what else; “El Hijo del Santo”, translated to The Son of the Saint.

As the son of a wrestling legend, it is naturally hard to avoid comparisons, especially if you have the same name and mask as your legendary father. Still, El Hijo del Santo, had one hell of a run on his own, and proved to be a very good worker and draw.   What he accomplished in Mexico cannot be understated.
