46. Jalen Williams

Jalen Williams played college ball at Santa Clara, the alma mater of Steve Nash. Nash would become a multi-time MVP and Hall of Famer, but no other player was drafted from Santa Clara for years…that is until Jalen Williams was taken 12th Overall by OKC in 2022.

Williams had an excellent rookie season, seeing ample time where he averaged 14.1 Points per Game and was the runner-up for the Rookie of the Year.  Last season, Williams played more at Power Forward, increased his PPG to 19.1, and played only one minute more per game.  He is a potential All-Star on a team that could win it all, and he is only getting started.
