From the Dominican Republic, Juan Lagares was known for his glove, and while he was never a great hitter, he knew what to do in the Outfield.

A rookie in 2013, Lagares won a Wilson Defensive Award in 2013, and the Centerfielder captured the Gold Glove in 2014.  In both of those seasons, he had a Defensive bWAR over 3.0, but he only had one year of 1.5 plus in that stat afterwards, and with an On Base Percentage under .300, it is hard to rank him any higher.
