Basketball HOF Finalists Announced

As part of the launch of the NBA All Star festivities, The Basketball Hall of Fame has announced the twelve finalists for the Class of 2013. The Finalists include our top three selections, Gary Payton, Bernard King and Spencer Haywood, all of which we hope will be selected. They are joined by others on our list, including Tim Hardaway, Mitch Richmond and Maurice Cheeks who are ranked 11, 13 and 20 respectively.The others include four coaches which are Current Louisville Coach, Rick Pitino, former UNLV Coach, Jerry Tarkanian, former Houston Cougars Coach, Guy Lewis and Tom Heinsohn with the Boston Celtics.
The remaining finalists are North Carolina Women’s Coach, Sylvia Hatchell and five time WNBA All Star, Dawn Staley.
The Class of 2013 will be announced during this year’s Final Four.
