The Fugees have been called a one album wonder, and that is a statement that bears much truth. However, that album (The Score) was a brilliant effort that was amongst the best that Hip Hop had to offer. It was Jazz Rap brilliance that crossed over to multiple audiences and still is considered a landmark. With that said, despite the solo accomplishments of Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean, the potential amalgamation of their work still has them on the wrong side of the Hall bubble.
