162. Skandor Akbar
Best known for his role as the foreign heel manager, General Skandor Akbar, the man born as Jimmy Webha was actually a native Texan.

Akbar was actually quite the wrestler in his own day too. Trained by the legendary Lou Thesz, Webha adopted the Akbar name to capitalize on his background. After turning on the popular Danny Hodge, Akbar became a full fledged heel and never looked back, capturing numerous regional titles. He would eventually form a heel stable in both the UWF and World Class and as the leader of his group, Devastation Incorporated; Akbar was often the main focal antagonist for the popular babyfaces in whatever region he was in.

With a successful in ring and managerial career, Akbar has a decent Hall of Fame record, but as nothing took place in the WWE, he is not likely to be considered.
