Twice while a member of the Buds, Bower won the Vezina Trophy and would play in the annual All Star game four times. More importantly for fans of the Maple Leafs, Bower was in the pipes for four Stanley Cup wins, the first three of which, he posted the lowest Goals Against Average in the playoffs. This is one of those rare cases where an athlete completely played his way into a Hall of Fame between the ages of 36 and 40. Now let that digest in for a minute!
