Rafael Furcal was a former Rookie of the Year and built on that early success with three All Star appearances, 1,817 Hits, a World Series Ring and a 39.0 bWAR.  Furcal had decent speed (314 Stolen Bases), a good glove (14.4 Defensive bWAR) and was certainly an above average player but that gets him into the Hall of Pretty Good, though we are curious to see if he gets closer to five percent of the ballot or zero.
